Cabbage = Sauerkraut

Cabbage is a great vegetable to grow, is a good source of fiber, iron, vitamin K and C. cabbage is great for your digestive system and works wonders on getting rid of your stomach ulcers.

There are many ways of preparing cabbage, but one of the most popular way of preserving your cabbage for the winter months – is to make sauerkraut. I just recently got an email from my garden club that contained a video on how to make sauerkraut with ease. The following video is by garden expert P. Allen Smith, in the help he shows you how to have sauerkraut within a month's time.

Now did that not make you hungry for a big plate of sauerkraut and brats or may be some sauerkraut and corned beef!
